**About the Role
A great opportunity awaits our Market Intelligence Mobility Manager who will act as a leader within our R&I function, overseeing the Mobility (Transport, Logistic and Driver) research across intelligence and analytical research for Strategy team.Together with market and product research colleagues in mobility, you’ll work to deliver actionable insight and recommendation, influencing the product and strategy team in order to create competitive edge for Gojek Mobility business. Your efforts will directly bolster the strategic prioritization for Gojek, ensuring all initiatives answer the market needs as well as beneficial for business objectives

**What You Will Do**:

- Lead the Market Intelligence One Mobility (Transport, Logistic, Driver) team to generate impactful insights on what’s happening in the market currently through research works with a semi-defined problem statement.
- Lead exploration on potential research initiatives/ methodologies to enhance/improve current Market Intelligence capabilities in research (i.e. dashboard, tracking projects)
- Be a thinking partner for the strategy & product stakeholders in solving their business questions/product roadmap.
- Mentor and groom team members to grow in the Market Intelligence team.

**What You Will Need**:

- At least 5 years experience mainly in data analysis and quantitative research
- Able to demonstrate capability in leading a team
- Has an experience in managing various stakeholders
- Strong communication skill especially in English, both verbal and written
- Beyond average analytical thinking and solid problem-solving skill
- Love experimentation and have a passion in exploring things
- Basic knowledge in operating SQL and well-groomed Spreadsheet user
- Has knowledge on ride hailing/online logistic is preferred

**About the Team**

Our Market Intelligence team, a sub-pod of the Research & Insight organization, has 11 people based in Indonesia, 2 in Vietnam and 2 in Singapore. Working alongside Strategy, Product and Marketing, we oversee the competition and market analysis including competitiveness tracking, business model benchmarking, intelligence works and translating insight into actionable business recommendation. For instance, should you have a question about the market and competition landscape, we are your people Currently, our team has been busy working on providing competition analysis for strategic planning, which will help Gojek in making life easier for a larger customer base in Indonesia, Singapore and Vietnam.

Off hours, you’d probably find us going to cafes with GoTransport, send our home-made cookies to relatives with GoSend or ordering the latest hype-foods with GoFood. We’re made up of analytics enthusiasts, game lovers, and sport fanatics (from football to Zumba, you name it). Once COVID subsides, we’re excited to get together for our weekly lunch & heartfelt talk again.
