**Role Purpose**:
We are looking for a loader to assist our fare load department and client to load fares into the designated system as per instruction. On a daily basis, you need to conduct a thorough analysis of the contract that will be loaded into the commission chart. To succeed in this role, you should be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with strong analytical and strong English skills especially written English.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor communication tools and internal systems to ensure the achievement of SLA in productivity, accuracy & TAT target.
- Conduct fare quoting diagnostic based on client's requirements.
- Ensure that all fares are audited according to the instructions.
- Report any issues or system limitations to the Team Leader and fare Specialist.
- Assist team in doing cross QC for the fares.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience with GDS and/or TPC is an advantage.
