**Position Overview**
The Back-Office Sales & Marketing Support undertakes administrative job duties and will be active in marketing activities to support sales staff in the achievement of sales growth and customer satisfaction including maintaining customer telemarketing to introduce ZwickRoell and create appointments for sales. Maintain administrative duties including maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents, and preparing regular expense reports.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage office administrative activities
- Prepare travel arrangements and accommodations of business tasks
- Carry out administrative activities of HR in accordance with the systems and procedures applicable in the company
- Support and coordination of marketing activities to help achieve sales goals.
- Organise online & offline marketing events including content on social media
- Web translation
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgeting
- Generate calls to potential customers with the main goal of promoting the growth of the business by expanding the company’s customer network
- Willing to learn and be accustomed to using ZwickRoell CRM Software

**Your profile**:
**Education**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

**Experience**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in admin / marketing / back-office role

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in oral and written English
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs
- Good capabilities in call communication, social media, and presentation
- Good capabilities in handling offline and online events
- Good capabilities in copywriting and designing for promotion / branding
- Quick learner, proactive and able to take initiative
- Familiar with social media e.g., LinkedIn
- Attention to detail and excellent at maintaining high levels of accuracy.
- Adaptable to changing working environments, workload, and job scope
