**About The Role**
As the Creative Marketing Manager at Tentang Anak, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's marketing strategies and driving impactful campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement. You'll be at the forefront of devising innovative marketing initiatives and leading an exceptional team to execute creative concepts that resonate with our target audience
**Job Requirements**
- **
Strategy Development**: Craft and implement holistic creative marketing strategies driven by analytical insights and customer obsession to amplify brand visibility, foster user expansion, and enrich Tentang Anak's brand knowledge in the market.
- ** Campaign and Program Innovation**: Develop 360 innovative and creative marketing campaigns and programs aimed at boosting awareness of Tentang Anak products and services, captivating the audience, and generating interest in the brand
- ** Content Creation**: Led the creation of compelling and engaging content across various channels, including social media, digital advertising, and offline activation to support marketing campaigns and initiatives, including supervising the copywriting.
- ** Campaign Management**: Oversee end-to-end Tentang Anak campaign management, from concept development to execution, ensuring all activities are delivered on time, within budget, and meet set KPIs
- ** Creative Direction**: Provide creative direction and guidance to internal and external teams, including designers, copywriters, and content creators, to ensure brand consistency and alignment with campaign objectives
- ** Revenue Optimization**:Continuously analyze and optimize creative marketing activities to maximize revenue generation opportunities. Identify areas of opportunity, and improvement, refine strategies, and iterate tactics based on performance metrics and feedback from key stakeholders
**Requirements**:
- Proven 5+ years experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field especially in Consumer Goods (Mom & Baby is a plus), Healthcare, or retail, with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Proven experience in leading a team and understanding how to drive the teams performance
- Demonstrated understanding of brand strategy and the ability to translate brand values and messaging into impactful marketing campaigns and programs
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to derive actionable insights from marketing metrics and use data to optimize campaign performance
- Excellent writing and storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft compelling content across various formats and channels
