Create, maintain, monitor and optimize CRM programs, including crafting content, managing system triggers, increased personalization, targeted segmentation, etc.
- Own all metrics in order to proactively optimize and develop all CRM programs to create the best customer experience
- Collaborate with marketing teams and across teams, including product, engineering, and data to achieve the collective CRM vision
- Spotting ways to improve usage of the CRM tool through automating tasks & flows
- Lead development of the roadmap for a clear A/B or Multivariate testing framework of new and existing programs to increase growth and improve retention
- In-depth analysis of campaigns

**Minimum Qualifications**
- 1-3 years of experience working on Marketing automation tools like MoEngage, Braze, CleverTap, etc.
- Have an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Should have an eye for detail, analytical mindset
- Should be able to do quick and flawless execution of campaigns on MoEngage
