**What we ask**:

- Hold a Master's or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. This includes but is not limited to Civil Engineering, Ocean Engineering, Hydrodynamics, Mathematics or related. - Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Have experience with coastal modelling software such as Delft3D, MIKE, SWAN, or XBeach. While this is not a must, it would certainly give you an edge.
- Demonstrate proficiency in programming, particularly in Python or MATLAB. This skill is crucial for developing and optimizing our modelling processes.
- Are critical thinkers who aren't afraid to explore unconventional solutions. We value creativity and innovation in our problem-solving approach.
- Can thrive in a team setting as well as work independently. We believe in the power of collaboration, but also in the ability of our team members to take initiative and responsibility.
