The classes are for children from Kinder - High School (TK - SMA) & have various centres located in Jabotabek, Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, Medan, Bali.

We are looking for full time employees to join our team as branch manager for children courses at KodeKiddo.

**Requirements**:

- Male or female with maximum of 30 years old
- Fresh graduates in management, international marketing, digital business, tourism or related disciplines
- Skills & knowledge in sales, digital marketing & office management
- Proven leadership player & hungry to make an impact
- Strong english communication skills for parents & students (verbal & written)
- Responsible, discipline, highly motivated, enthusiastic & willingness to grow
- Willing to work in our office at KodeKiddo Permata Buana

**Responsibilities**:

- Directing & monitoring day to day communication with parents & operations of the branch including data entry, registration, schedules, payment process & office management
- Managing & coordinating class schedule & team assignment
- Analyse office activity & employees performance, identifying trends & making appropriate recommendations or adjustments to current work methods & systems
- Provide an accurate monthly reports such revenues, new students data & other administrative reports
- Responsible for the customer lifecycle for the specific, starting from follow up leads to customer care & solution
- Assist in various kodekiddo projects such as coding events / social media
