**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for Content creator who can produce high quality content (at least 10 interviews/stories, 5 of which are videostories also) as part Oxfam’s effort to profile the Indonesian WomeninLeadership(I-WIL)project.

**The Role**:

- Interviewer (TBC) will have prior experience interviewing similar projects and activities. They will interview, capture, and write up the diverse range of stories from the I-WIL project. The interviewer will also work with the videographer and is responsible for all time stamped transcripts of video and audio content. The interviews should cover the issues facing the communities Oxfam works with, as well as show the impact of Oxfam’s projects to help people lift themselves out of poverty.
- Videographer (TBC) will have prior experience videography similar projects. They must own their own photography equipment capable of delivering high resolution video. The videographer must also set up and capture high quality audio. Delivering to deadline is required, and the videos should capture and document the issues facing the communities Oxfam works with, as well as show the impact of Oxfam’s projects to help people lift themselves out of poverty.
- Photographer (TBC). The photographer can be the same person as the videographer/or interviewer. They will have prior experience photographing similar projects. The photographs should be powerful, engaging and illustrating the impact of day-to-day life. The content should move Oxfam supporters, and celebrate the individuals photographed.
