EF Foreign Tutor.

We are hiring a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Engagement Specialist. You will play an important role in fostering an engaging positive experience for our staff and students and supporting the recruitment field.

You will be responsible for,

Organize and conduct staff engagement initiatives and activities monthly, by embedding EF’s culture, vision, and values to create a dynamic, fun, and highly performing team

Support center operations by creating a centralized offline or online event for students aligned closely with all respective departments involved

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

0-1 year of work experience

Having a related internship/project experience is a strong plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Great planner with creative and independent execution ability to get things done effectively

A can-do attitude to handle a multi-tasking work environment with excellent time management skills

Good communication as well as writing skills
