**Develop and execute MMP/ MMY site-level communication programs**:

- Work closely with MMP/ MMY function teams on writing up and posting site-level monthly newsletters, from planning and copywriting to delivery and communication metrics monitoring
- Consolidate and contribute MMP/ MMY contents to AT newsletters
- Host MMP/ MMY townhall meetings (both normal and shift session) including planning, OCM reservation, meeting platform testing, compiling presentation deck preparation and rolling out on-site promotions (recording, post event on MicronNow etc.)
- Refresh MMP/ MMY site profile on quarterly basis to ensure the facts and figures remain most up to date
- Refresh MMP/ MMY introduction slides when for audit or internal/external visit
- Manage site digital communication for with MMP/ MMY related news and activities and the digital signages within the sites.
- Manage site visual communication, including design/display in MMP/ MMY campus and site information published on billboards of the public area.
- Lead communication of site activities and EA related news and ensure timely communication within 24 hours via collaborating the contents with site stakeholders. Provide editing support on the contents of above.

**Other ad hoc site communication support (e.g. Covid-19 poster/ physical signage design etc.)**:

- Accountable for channeling Malaysia's major TM communication programs and external events into broader Micron editorial plans
