- Develop and coordinate the implementation of sales strategies for various customer segments, sales coverage models, team structures, channels, partners, and organizational designs
- Craft comprehensive business plans focusing on revenue targets, resource demands, and sales-related costs
- Produce accurate forecasting on a variety of metrics, ranging from daily to quarterly projections
- Analyze sales data to derive actionable insights for strategy refinement and operational improvements
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for leadership to review sales performance and trends
- Coordinate sales enablement initiatives across internal and external providers
- Identify training gaps, opportunities, and ensure content/systems are up-to-date and accessible
- Establish and refine both customer-facing and internal sales processes including lead generation, deal flow, and approvals
- Collaborate with the relevant department to select, deploy, and integrate essential sales tools such as CRM, pitch collaterals, sales analytics, etc.

**What This Role Needs**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales operations, business planning, or a related role
- Proficiency with sales technology tools including CRM systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent)
- Certification in sales operations or related field
- Familiarity with sales training and enablement tools and techniques
