- **Business Development**: Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the region. Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's presence and market share.
- **Sales Management**: Lead the sales team and provide guidance to achieve sales targets. Monitor and analyze sales performance, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure revenue goals are met.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, shipping partners, and other stakeholders. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities. Use this information to develop effective sales strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all local laws, regulations, and shipping industry standards. Mitigate risks and maintain the company's reputation and integrity.
- **Financial Management**: Collaborate with the finance team to develop budgets and financial forecasts for the region. Monitor expenses, revenue, and profitability, and take actions to improve financial performance.
- **Team Leadership**: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales and operations team. Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, international trade, logistics, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree would be a plus.
- Experience: Proven track record of success in sales and business development within the shipping industry. At least 8-10 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the shipping industry, including freight forwarding, logistics, customs regulations, and international trade practices.
- Regional Expertise: Familiarity with the specific region's market dynamics, customer preferences, and cultural nuances.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team. Effective decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Sales and Negotiation: Exceptional sales and negotiation abilities, with a track record of closing deals and building long-term customer relationships.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both local and English languages. Ability to communicate with various stakeholders, including clients, partners, and headquarters.
- Results-Driven: A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and business objectives.
- Adaptability: Capable of adapting to a fast-paced and ever-changing business environment while maintaining composure and delivering quality results.
- Travel: Willingness to travel frequently

**Salary**: Rp8,000,000 - Rp12,000,000 per month
