- Terlibat dalam penyusunan strategi yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan dan perluasan layanan service
- Memastikan strategi dam SOP sudah dijalankan sesuai dengan standar yang sudah ditetapkan.
- Melakukan pengawasan dan evaluasi terhadap kinerja tim yang berada di bawah kewenangannya.
- Mengajukan permintaan biaya kegiatan operasional kepada site Operasional Manager.
- Melakukan evaluasi terhadap rute pengangkutan dan kapasitas logistik agar lebih efektif dan efisien.
- Membuat dan menyampaikan laporan terkait dengan logistik kepada atasan.
- Melaporkan kebutuhan tenaga kerja, terutama jika ada yang keluar untuk replacement kepada atasan.
- Menjadi perantara antara karyawan logistik di site Bali dan manajemen.
- Min. Lulusan S-1 jurusan Logistik, Transportasi, Teknik Industri, atau jurusan lain yang terkait.
- Berpengalaman di posisi serupa setidaknya 2 tahun.
- Mengerti dan memahami sistem pengelolahan sampah.
- Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang baik
- Memiliki kemampuan mengelola tim
- Memiliki kemampuan problem solving yang baik
- Mempunyai jiwa leadership yang kuat
- Di utamakan berdomisili di Bali
