AIG’s underwriters help to find insurance solutions for risks from a range of areas including Financial Lines, Property, Casualty, Specialty Lines, Cyber, Multinational Clients and High Net Worth individuals.

About the role

**What you need to know**:
The role includes access to all Marine customer and producer data and direct liaison where required.
The role also uses core company systems to record policy and financial information.
Issue policies booking to CARE system and related documents including MAP/MOP within department’s SOP.
Booking of premium should be within 30 days of policy inception.
Assist underwriters in preparing risk summary sheets (declarations report and claim reports)
Cooperate with other team members of Marine department and other department (Finance & Claim) closely to ensure all daily work being done on time
Ensure that all underwriting requirements such as (estart, ofac screening, P&L, rater, etc.) are on each underwriting file.
Ensure that all certificates are filed according to SOP & Responsible for department’s operation service for stationary.
Preparing renewal list & documents to underwriters
Serve our clients on administration purposes, to input manually in INATRADE system (government system only for Coal, CPO shipment)
Present our AIGMC system and how to use it to our clients & brokers.

**What we are looking for**:
Bachelor’s Degree with major Administration.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
A proven track record of excellent customer service skills
Having well organized, efficient and able to work independently.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and efficiently prioritize.
