Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

Our Operations team moderates millions of videos daily at a global level to ensure the contents are safe for our users. As a Quality team, we need to review and audit the contents which were moderated by our moderators, to handle appeals, providing feedback and support on policy questions.

What will I be doing?
- Lead a team of Sampling QAs and will responsible for monitoring SQA Regular Tasks & Weekly Report
- Monitoring, Assigning, and managing schedule and work allocation
- Responsible for policy discussions, policy cascading, to work closely with Policy Team and the teams within the Ops Management Team, participating in stakeholder and regional meetings
- Work closely with the BP and PnP team in order to provide feedback on quality and improve quality process
- Participate in the development of quality inspection standards and continuously optimize the process and system platform
- Work closely & hand in hand with other departments to respond immediately to relevant operation needs
- Work closely with Operation Team in order to provide feedback on quality
- Preparing comprehensive action plans and ensures that project deadlines are met in a timely manner
- Problem solving and providing the best solution to address the problems
- Through data analysis, feedback problems & handling necessary escalation and form a quality inspection report
- Support the new hire onboarding smoothly with the established process

**Qualifications**:
What should I bring with me?
- Have completed Bachelor's degree or above
- Having a leadership experience in any organization is a plus
- Proficient in communicating using English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Have a deep understanding of operational indicators in Content Safety or related department
- Adequate knowledge about internet governance and social media in Indonesia as well as extensive knowledge of short videos or live stream community guidelines
- Good with numbers and possess paperwork skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Sheets)
- Good time management and stakeholder management skills
