- **Job Summary**:_

**Maintenance and Repairs**:
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and mechanical equipment. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, troubleshooting issues and performing repairs as needed.

**Safety Compliance**:
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure the well-being of guests, staff, and the property. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and take appropriate measures to mitigate risks.

**Equipment Management**:
Monitor the performance of equipment and machinery, conducting regular inspections and servicing to ensure optimal functionality. Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for equipment installation, repairs, and replacements as necessary.

**Energy Efficiency**:
Implement energy-saving initiatives and practices to reduce utility costs and minimize environmental impact. Identify opportunities for improving energy efficiency and make recommendations for upgrades or modifications.

**Emergency Response**:
Be prepared to respond to emergencies, such as power outages, plumbing leaks, or equipment failures, ensuring swift resolution to minimize disruption to operations and guest comfort.

**Documentation and Reporting**:
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs. Generate reports detailing maintenance schedules, equipment performance, and recommendations for improvement.
