Role Summary:
Responsible for warehouse activities to ensure efficient utilization of facilities for storing and distributing material goods.

**Responsibilities**:
You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

- Responsible for warehouse activities to ensure efficient utilization of facilities for storing and distributing material goods.
- Handling full set of sea and air shipping matters including documents for incoming and outbound shipments such as customer clearance. Import permit, release of notice arrival, import license of DG, banker guarantee, etc.
- Assist in daily operational activities such as receiving job, loading, unloading and stuffing.
- Assists in coordination of delivery schedules with shippers and customers.
- Ensures that incoming material is inspected for conformity with order specifications and checked for defects.
- Implements improvements in warehouse practices to promote efficiency, faster service, and lower costs.
- Handling laden containers and release of empty containers issues.
- Maintaining updated shipping information in the system.
- Able to operate a forklift.

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

- A degree in the related job field.
- Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
- Willing to relocate to the job location.
