Social Media Lead

Develop digital strategist based on trends, consumer behavior and business objective for the brand.
- Schedule, publish, monitor, and optimize company’s social posts and digital marketing campaigns across all global platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Threads, Tiktok, and Twitter
- Manage social media accounts (IG, FB, TikTok, and others) by planning and implementing programs on social media to promote brands, products, events, and campaigns
- Research and monitoring market trends
- Achieve brand awareness amongst the core target audience, customer acquisition, best-in-class campaign execution, and consistent creative and context identity across all touch points
- Provide strategic direction on the communications initiatives, identifying the key value proposition, consumer needs, and value to the business.
- Provide insightful, creative executions, and well-crafted copy which positively impacts a company’s business & growth.
- Working closely and collaborating with respective stakeholders such as the creative team, account team, and digital marketing team, to explore the creative angle and deliver the proper execution of the successful marketing campaign to maximize value for the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy Development: Collaborate with Marketing Team to create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives
- Content Creation: Produce engaging & high quality content for various social media platforms, including: text, images, videos, infographics, and blogspots
- Community Engagement: Monitor, respond, and engage with the Social Media Community, fostering positive interactions, and building relationship with followers, fans, and influencers
- Content Scheduling & Management: Use Social Media Management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) to schedule and publish content with optimal times for reach maximum reach and engagement
- Paid Advertising Campaigns: Plan, set up, and manage Paid Social Media Advertising Campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, Ads Creative Development, and Performance Tracking
- Analytics & Reporting: Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google/ Social Media Analytics Dashboard) to track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports to assess the effectiveness of Social Media Efforts and data-driven improvements
- Trend & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activity to identify opportunity and adapt strategist
- Content Calendar Management: Maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule and alignment with Marketing Campaigns & Events
- Content Collaboration: Collaborate with Graphic Design or other creative internal teams to ensure cohesive and visually appealing content that aligns with brand guidelines
- Social Media Advertising Compliance: Ensure all Paid Social Media Activity adhere to relevant regulations and guidelines, including privacy and advertising standards.
- A minimum 1-4 years hands-on experience in social media and/or content marketing
- Big picture thinker with excellent storytelling skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to generate and sell original and innovative ideas that can travel across multiple platforms
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills (English will be a plus)
- Has a collaborative mindset, strong bias for action, and solutions-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand project requirements and goals
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and GSuites (Word, Excel and PowerPoint or Gdocs, Gslides and Gsheets)
- Have Experiences in F&B industry is a plus
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta Area (Kamal Muara, Jakarta Utara, PIK)
