Responsibilities:

- Assist in coordinating and executing operational tasks, ensuring they are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support the operations team in analyzing and optimizing existing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct research and gather data to assist in decision-making and problem-solving.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and tracking stock movements.
- Assist in generating reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to support various operational initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
- Communicate with external parties (customers, vendors, etc.) when necessary.
- Currently pursuing or fresh-graduated bachelor's or master's degree in any major.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
