Your ‘day to day’

In this position you will:

- Develop and maintain cut filler / blend concepts
- Ensure flavor and blend system are transferable from the lab/semi work scale to industrial scale to ensure smooth commercialization
- Plan, prioritize and use appropriate resources in the frame of project management standard methodologies to ensure successful completion of project
- Implement procedures to ensure product spec adherence to appropriate regulations, guidelines and quality standards
- Establish product strategies by providing directions for leaf/ingredient procurement and assist with long range plans in order to ensure sustainability

We’re looking for someone with:

- Hold a University degree or equivalent in a scientific/technical area
- 5+ years of relevant development and industrialization experience within tobacco industry.
- Consistent track record in problem solving, team collaboration in cross-functional projects and carrying out complex design of experiments
- Curious, fast learner, agile and can communicate optimally both verbally and in writing with various collaborators
- Working proficiency in English, other language is an asset
- Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally to support business objectives
- This job requires tasting and profiling the tobacco blend in the finished products and therefore is intended only for individuals who are smokers.
