**Qualification**:
- Bachelor Degree
- Customs Expert certified (tersertifikasi Ahli Kepabeanan)
- **Having 5 years experiences in Export-Import (Logistics, Warehouse and Transportation will be advantages)**:
- Having knowledge in Customs Procedures and Regulation is a must
- Good communication skill
- Able to work as individual and in team
- Have experience / knowledge in managing government affair
- **Fluent in English both verbal and written**
**JOBDESC**:
- Maintain SO and PO for the export shipment order.
- Create the export documentation and share to others function such as ; shipping instruction, packing list, customs invoice, export declaration to customs export approval are ready as well based on carrier schedule.
- rovide import declaration until customs billing, refer to shipping document ( Invoice, Packinglist, HAWB/HBL) from import supervisor, check the import permit (lartas) refer to the goods, check cargo arrival date, and check inward manifest.
- Provide documents for duty tax payment, such as: PEB, Posting Accountant, Billing.
- Share green light customs letter (SPPB) from module to internal/external function.
- Check the correctness of Invoice local charge and process the bill to BO Manila/Vendors.
- Support data list of export for Drawback facility, and informed dispatching warehouse the PEB Nopen.
- Do export operation consumer health plant Cimanggis activities start from share pallet data, coordination with team operation dispatching warehouse for the readiness export order, arrange arrival time of trucking container at site, communicate EDI PEB to customs, check the correctness of HBL/HAWB and Outward Manifest which depart, check the correctness of Certificate of Origin (Form D for ASEAN, Form AANZ for Australia/NewZealand, REX for Europe Union) for the country destination.
