Supply Planner

**Objectives of the position**:

- Balancing Demand and Supply, ensure optimum level of asset utilization.
- Responsible for production and replenishment planning of Operations Management Planning (OMP) and Raw materials.
- Handle of Purchasing raw material, issue Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order to end process execution tasks including with Non conform Management (NCM) in both quality and performance optimization.
- Manage rough-cut planning and coordinate with production for smooth supply.
- Focal point of Demand and supply validation with countries and regional planners.
- Management of inventories, control inventory and stock risk level to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Identity forecast strategies and manage risk inventory.
- Drive Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process performance as per the defined service levels and targets.
- Support supply chain, business, and process models, steering Key Performance Indicators (KPI), performance and target setup, execution, monitoring and continuous improvement.
- To manage any risk in supply and demand and derive measures to mitigate risk, provide alert and escalation for support.
- Support Advanced Engineering Materials Supply Chain Management project activity in country.
- Support for supplier evaluation performance.
- Performs other duties, tasks and responsibilities as assigned or required.

**Core responsibilities**:
**Demand Management**
- Review monthly demand forecast, validate demand with country and coordinate with regional team.
- Ensure supply demand balance.
- Focal point for demand and supply solution.

**Sales & Operations Planning S&OP**
- Drive the monthly site Sales & Operations Planning(S&OP) Process by organizing relevant data, updating KPI's and facilitation of the monthly meetings.
- Negotiation in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meeting with target groups.
- Review the regional supply plan for both merchandises, OMP and tolling products.
- Fine tune the replenishment plan, review stock point and safety stock level, propose stock keeping to business unit to optimize service level and business growth.
- Review the rough-cut production plan for regional Operations Management Planning (OMP) & tolling production. Optimize capacity available to drive for full utilization, propose production plan product mix to optimize under and over asset utilization.
- Communicate with regional planner and service platform to integrate the master schedule into the distribution plan in line with supply chain strategies and policies.
- Responsible for shortage management for both merchandises, regional OMP and tolling including internal communication with different groups, allocation, and drive for fulfillment of allocation from supplying site to minimize business loss and pending backlog.

**Inventory Management**
- Manage inventory at target level including finish, import and tolling commercial products and raw materials.
- Define inventory target to guarantee service level while keeping overall balance between inventory level and service level.
- As a contact point for regional Supply Chain Management (SCM) for Inventory forecast.
- Optimize Business Unit inventory profile including day inventory value, operative inventory value, aging stock through inventory report analysis.

**Raw Material Management**
- Plan and schedule to purchase raw material volume and arrival date to fulfill production schedule planed.
- Manage replenishment Purchase Order (PO) of raw materials for production, merchandise and tolling business.
- Maintain Operating Analytics for delegated raw materials.
- Manage 3rd party regional delicate procurement orders and coordinate with 3rd party service provider as well with warehouse colleague for receiving raw material.

**Order Arrangement**
- Liaise with regional planner, Regional PM, Service platform and Local Chief Supply Officer on order allocation, supply chain issues and to expedite orders.
- Maximize Delivery in Full on Time performance in line with Business strategy.
- Need to evaluate, communicate with supplier and provide approval of loose pallet orders.

**Supply Chain Support**
- Be the service contact for any third party(internal/external) of the assigned responsibility area and ensure consistent processes to all parties. Also, contribute and undertake daily troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Support material availability check for sales pipeline.
- Supply Chain Support and Communication.
- Identify, evaluate, and optimize supply chain initiatives.
- Liaise with the Business Unit regarding impacts related to supply chain strategies and policies.
- Comply with all internal operative procedures (e.g. Final Review and Confirmation) and ensure all related documents are adjusted and archived accordingly.
- To give valuable input to Supply Chain Head to improve overall performance on supply chain management.
