Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Optimization
- Meta Ads Expert:

- Create, manage, and optimize high-performing Meta Ads campaigns for:

- Real Estate: Generate qualified leads for property sales and asset progression.
- E-Commerce (Cookies): Increase sales with targeted and retargeted campaigns.
- Home Services (Postnatal Massage): Reach new moms with personalized and localized strategies.
- F&B (Home Food Delivery): Boost online orders and brand awareness.
- Confidently troubleshoot and rectify underperforming campaigns without supervision.
- SEO & SEM:

- Implement strategies to rank higher on search engines for organic traffic.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads (SEM) to maximize ROI.
- WhatsApp Marketing:

- Develop and execute targeted WhatsApp campaigns, leveraging segmentation and automation.

Strategic Planning
- Develop marketing strategies tailored to each business, audience, and goal.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, methods, and tools to remain ahead of competitors.
- Provide a clear roadmap and execute campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance across all platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, CRM tools).
- Deliver actionable insights and strategies to continuously improve campaign performance.

Qualifications (Who You Must Be)
- Experienced Professional: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns across multiple industries.
- Expert in Meta Ads:

- Advanced knowledge of targeting, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
- Demonstrated success in independently troubleshooting and optimizing campaigns for top-tier performance.
- Strategic Thinker:

- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, strategies, and how to implement them effectively.
- Able to tailor approaches for competitive industries like real estate, e-commerce, and F&B.
- Data-Driven: Ability to analyze metrics and data to make informed decisions confidently.

Preferred Skills
- Certifications in Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with AI tools to automate and enhance marketing processes.
- Experience working in diverse industries such as real estate, e-commerce, and F&B.
