- Oversee overall online marketing strategy and execution which includes Paid Media, Owned Media, and SEO
- Partner with Tech / Product team to build and manage the infrastructure needed for online marketing operation
- Lead, develop, and provide guidance to the team on technical matters
- Align with other Marketing stakeholders, business team, and management to support business growth through online marketing
- Continuously drive experiments to deliver improvement in campaign performance

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree from reputable University
- High achiever with Good analytical skills
- At minimum 5 years of work experience in digital marketing or online marketing
- Experience working as an online marketing in a technology or start-up company/business consultant background
- Experience with modern software development, product management practices, agile methodologies, test-driven development, and continuous deployment
- Proficiency in working in a fast paced, fluid environment where priorities shift regularly
- Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to solve problems effectively
- Proficiency in identifying goals, metrics, and analytics to measure product value
- Proficiency in conducting competitive research and analysis
- Proficiency in communicating with and influencing functional and technical team members at all levels in the organization
