Responsibility of IT Infrastructure will include network, server, storage, desktop, data center/hosting, IT security, and projects.

**What you’ll do**:

- Assist in plan design, hardware implementation, software, and network
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network
- Assist in developing operating, installation, and upgrade procedures for communication systems, hardware, network, security, storage and software
- Assist in documenting current hardware and network environments, including servers, IT security and network systems
- Follow up and escalation initiative for any stuck process on Infra tasks
- Research, analyze, and assist in developing documentation and new processes and procedures

**You’ll be great for this role if**:

- A wealth of experience as IT Infrastructure in Financial Industry
- At least 5 years full time professional experience supporting the following: network, server, storage and IT security
- Experienced on-premises Infrastructure & Cloud Infrastructure
- Ability to stay updated with current infrastructure trends.
- Demonstrated skills in how to analyze any issue and initiative to solving
- Ability to act independently and exercise good judgment as well as the ability to work cross functionally and create virtual teams.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask. Flexibility and adaptability in work approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills especially in English.
- Certified in infrastructure certification will be an added value.
