Tanggung Jawab

Making Purchase order& order confirmation (manual & system).

Making Schedule delivery, form delivery sheet, follow process delivery.

Prepare documents for Invoice.

Checking imports documents, prepare shipping documents.

Update shipping schedule.

Input shipment & follow up process.

Update and control quota import.

Check Invoice from vendor and send to customer.

Control and update data stock at warehouse.

Other related tasks as assigned.
