**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Consistently make a good relation with the customer**
- **Follow up with the existing customers to get feedback and understanding of the issue**
- **Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs**
- **Introducing to customers related to new product launch, other promotions**
- **Assisting in resolving customer complaints/disputes**

Requirements:

- Diploma or equivalent required ; bachelor’s or associate degree is a plus
- Fresh Graduate or Min. 1-year experience in a sales-related role, preferably in telesales
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in local language (Java), and English ( Intermediate )
- Strong attention to detail
- Willing to be placed at Surabaya

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surabaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Telemarketer: 1 year (preferred)
