**Responsibilities**:

- **Vehicle Inspection**: Perform thorough inspections of buses to identify mechanical, electrical, and other issues.
- **Diagnosis**: Diagnose and troubleshoot engine, transmission, brake, and other mechanical problems using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- **Repair and Maintenance**: Perform repairs on various systems and components, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and HVAC systems.
- **Preventive Maintenance**: Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements, to prevent breakdowns.
- **Parts Replacement**: Replace worn or damaged parts and components, ensuring they meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- **Electrical Systems**: Diagnose and repair electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and onboard electronics.
- **Welding and Fabrication**: Perform welding and fabrication tasks to repair and modify bus frames, structures, and components.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance tasks performed on each bus.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all repairs and maintenance adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.
- **Test and Quality Assurance**: Test repaired buses to ensure proper functioning and address any remaining issues before returning them to service.
- **Emergency Repairs**: Respond to breakdowns and emergencies promptly, providing on-site repairs if necessary.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Keep tools, equipment, and the maintenance area clean, organized, and in good working order.
