**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Hunt for New Business**: Identify, qualify, and secure high-value clients across medium to large enterprises, proactively pursuing opportunities through cold calling, networking, and LinkedIn outreach.
- **Act as a Trusted Advisor**: Develop a deep understanding of client business goals and operational challenges to provide tailored AR Automation solutions that drive measurable results.
- **Client Education**: Educate clients on the strategic benefits of AR Automation, guiding them through decision-making with expertise and tailored recommendations.
- **Value-Driven Selling**: Approach sales conversations with a consultative mindset, positioning yourself as a strategic partner, not just a vendor.
- **Build Long-Term Partnerships**: Foster trust and credibility with clients through transparency, reliable follow-through, and ongoing engagement.
- **Sales Targets**: Consistently exceed sales targets and KPIs through strategic planning and execution.
- **Pipeline Management**: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to report, measure, and control sales inputs and outcomes.
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations to key decision-makers, showcasing the tangible benefits of Zanbio’s platform.
- **Collaborate Cross-Functionally**: Partner with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to refine strategies, address client needs, and ensure successful onboarding and long-term satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum **3+ years** of experience in SaaS or B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- **Sales Expertise**: Experienced in prospecting, cold calling, and closing high-value deals.
- **Hunter Mentality**: A self-starter with a relentless drive to pursue and close new opportunities.
- **Consultative Selling Expertise**: Proven ability to understand client needs deeply, ask insightful questions, and propose tailored solutions.
- **Client-Focused Mindset**: Commitment to acting as a strategic advisor who aligns Zanbio’s solutions with client success goals.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **English and Bahasa Indonesia**.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation and consultative selling capabilities.
- **CRM Proficiency**: Hands-on experience with CRM tools like **HubSpot**or similar platforms.
- **Resilience**: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
