**Job Description**:

- Act as point of contact for HR related matters for Sampoerna Academy Surabaya Campus
- Provides general human resources services.
- Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information to support decisions process.
- Assist the HRBP Manager in handling new hires onboarding program
- Responsible for handling internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions.
- Ensure that organization goals are understood by everyone on the Team as well as possible.
- Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
- Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
- Maintain employees personnel data to be accurate, up to date and ensure confidentiality
- Time attendance and Annual Leave Management

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as HR Generalist or HR Officer roles
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or Law
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Good Interpersonal and Communication Skill
- Aptitude to define problems, identify trends, collect data, and establish facts to draw valid conclusions.
- Clear understanding of Human Resources practices and Indonesian Labour Law
- Demonstrate ability to listen, analyze and inform appropriately while maintaining the required sensibilities in handling confidential information.
- Strong team player and standing alone / independent / self-driven.
