The mission of Sampoerna Academy is to provide a safe, caring, and collaborative learning environment that is of the highest quality and meets global expectations for student achievement and character development. Our educational foundation is student-centered with a strong emphasis on Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) which enables students to become mature, confident global citizens with a strong sense of purpose. Our end goal is to prepare students for tertiary education and to make them work-ready and world-ready.

**Job Description**:
**Budget & Finance**
- Support the School Principals in monitoring the annual budget planning and participate in monthly meetings to review/account for budget variance
- Monitor usage of the school budget and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions from Purchase Order, Reimbursement, Cash allowance and Petty Cash and submit them to the HOS
- Ensure adherence to school’s fiscal policy and procedures; participate in annual financial audit process by providing documentation as needed to auditors
- Manage school purchasing process by placing orders with vendors, tracking delivery and maintaining inventory
- Collecting and review P/L status and report regularly to HOS for better planning ahead

**School Operations**
- Supervise Requisitions, receives, and distributes/stores classroom, school office and Work Room materials and supplies; maintains ongoing inventory; processes packing slips
- Manage the school’s supply and asset inventory; serve as the custodian of school office records
- Reviewing and maintaining security and safety of the school premises and property, including the establishment of security and safety procedures and the conduct of emergency exercises
- Each year, prepare the campus for start-up/new school year by ordering furniture, equipment, and classroom supplies as well as ensuring that school services (i.e., student food services, student transportation services) are lined up and ready for action
- Assisting the Head of Operations & Head of Schools in planning, implementing and enforcing the discipline policy of the school, including maintaining and analyzing disciplinary records in regular School Operations reports
- Ensure the maintenance of campus facilities by managing custodial personnel and third-party contracts for trash removal, recycling, and security
- Manage the school’s food and transportation services by coordinating with service providers and overseeing deliveries
- Overseeing the estate management of the school and liaising with contractors on estate maintenance, improvement work and cleanliness of the school
- Providing logistics support for school activities, excursions and functions: prepares and processes field trip requests

**School Administration**
- Ensure the timely implementation of all items on monthly administrative calendar
Ensure that the school is adhering to all local compliance and reporting requirements, as per calendars and guidelines provided
- Provide oversight of the planning and execution of school special events, such as field lessons and graduation
- With the support of SSS Corporate Affairs, ensure compliance with all state, federal, and local employment laws and policies
