IASA Architecture Core Tanggung Jawab
1. Memahami dan mendefinisikan teknologi platform arsitektur target arsitektur dan berkontribusi pada proses transisi dari keadaan saat ini ke keadaan yang diharapkan.
2. Mempromosikan prinsip teknologi arsitektur, pedoman dan pola
- pola, standar serta menginformasikan kepada Business Leader dan IT.
3. Menentukan referensi dan arsitektur dasar yang terkait dengan tanggung jawab technology platform.
4. Menentukan pemilik aplikasi yang terkait dengan tanggung jawab platform.

5. Memeriksa kelayakan infrastruktur dan dekomisi yang terkait dengan tanggung jawab platform.
6. Mengidentifikasi dan melibatkan stakeholder, termasuk disiplin arsitektur, pemilik aset, pemilik implementasi, stakeholder bisnis dan SMEs untuk memastikan arsitekur terbaik dan mempunyai kesempatan besar untuk berhasil.
7. Melakukan review hasil analisis, desain dan pengembangan fitur keamanan untuk sistem arsitektur.
8. Mendukung proyek dan berpartisipasi dalam pemilihan vendor dan mewujudkan persyaratan bisnis menjadi desain solusi.
9. Memberikan arahan kepada tim Technology arsitek untuk melaksanakan target arsitektur.
10. Bekerjasama dengan manajemen IT dan bisnis untuk mengidentifikasi persoalan arsitektur saat ini, mengembangkan target arsitektur dan mengkomunikasikan fitur dan kelebihan dari arsitektur yang dicanangkan kepada anggota teknis dan non teknis dari bank melalui komite IT serta tim pelayanan bagian bisnis.
11. Berpartisipasi dalam aktivitas pemikiran kepemimpinan dan menghadiri event industri saat diperlukan.
12. Bekerjasama dalam tim dan seluruh unit bisnis untuk menyempurnakan tugas - tugas yang terkait.
13. Menindaklanjuti hasil audit yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan Technology Architecture dan melakukan tindakan korektif.
14. Memberikan arahan terkait pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia, yang meliputi pelatihan, peningkatan kompetensi, penilaian kinerja, dan pengembangan karir, untuk meningkatkan kualitas SDM Bank.
