**_ The Role:_**:

- Oxfam in Indonesia is looking for Human Resource Officer who will be responsible for supporting the HR Unit in administrative areas by aligning HR strategies with organizational goals and providing comprehensive strategic and operational support to the country program. This role creates a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement, well-being, and a learning culture. The HR Officer needs to understand that HR policies, procedures, and standards are applied fairly and consistently, in compliance with legal requirements. Key responsibilities include recruitment, administrative matters, archiving, database, payroll, staff events, and medical health administration. Oxfam in Indonesia is moving forward to affiliate, the HR Officer role requires to support a smooth change process in the country in one year with good time management and building mutual accountability.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of three years of proven experience in human resources administration and data analysis using Excel spreadsheets and HRIS.
- Experience managing employee records, contracts, and recruitment documentation.
- Exposure to contract management, vendor procurement, or employee benefits coordination

**Knowledge**:

- Understanding of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and social security systems.
- Knowledge of payroll systems, including tax calculations and reporting requirements.
- Familiarity with HR data analysis, reporting, and the ability to provide actionable insights to support decision-making processes.
- Basic understanding of local labor laws, employment contracts, and HR policies.
- Basic knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
- Awareness of employee benefits administration, including medical benefits.
