**Position Summary**:
- This position plays a vital role in driving key business objective by driving penetration and acquire new wearers. He / She will be at the forefront of marketing and brand building activities that contribute in accelerate Johnson & Johnson Vision Care business as a customer and wearer-centric company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for key Marketing function deliverables : New wearers, retention rate, Brand Power, consumer offtake, and leading marketing indicators such as trial rate, conversion rate, and media performance.
- Agency leadership. To provide direction with clarity to several agency partners such as media agency, digital, creative, Below the Line, and CRM, ensuring they deliver outcomes aligned with business and brand objectives.
- Trade marketing responsibilities, primarily development of consumer & trade promotion program, creation and deployment of assets, materials, across Key Accounts and Independent Optical store channel.
- Ownership of Acuvue® communication, both externally (to consumers and ECPs), as well as internally (J&J Vision Care Indonesia, Cluster, and Regional)
- Lead J & J Vision Care Indonesia portfolio management through continuous tracking of performance, conduct business analysis and determine prioritization based on resources and size of opportunity.
- Work closely with cluster and regional marketing function to obtain support in terms of New Product launch, assets delivery, and strategy adaptation to be implemented where applicable.
- Cross-functional leadership with Sales, Professional Education, Field Sales, Commercial Excellence, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure key projects are delivered in timely and effective manner, as well as obtaining support and resources.
- Own Brand Marketing Expenses management as assigned, with an eye to optimize spending and maximizing ROI.
- Work closely with Brand Executive - Digital to align on key Digital metrics, priorities, and portfolio role to deliver RGM target.
**Qualifications**:
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree, 5 years experience in category management, brand management, product marketing, CRM, e-commerce or other relevant functions.
- Understand marketing / brand management principles and able to connect the role of ATL, BTL, CRM into holistic brand building, supported with fundamental business understanding (Sales, profit, marketing & trade investment) and how marketing investments impact business performance.
- Strong issue-based problem-solving skills, yet agile and adaptable to changes on-the-go, with resilient and can-do attitude
- High degree of curiosity, analytical skill and comfortable to work with multiple sets of data to support business decision
- MS Excel skills in organizing numbers and charts to analyze performance and results.
- Assertive with excellent clarity in verbal and written communication, and a strong presentation skill.
- Comfortable to work, communicate, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders from various background.
- Well organized, independent with effective time management.
