Role Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms to connect with our audience.
- Community Engagement: Foster a sense of sisterhood in our online communities, organizing challenges, responding to comments, and encouraging conversation.
- Content Creation: Write captivating copy for blog posts, social media, and newsletters, ensuring alignment with our brand voice.
- Audience Insights: Monitor engagement metrics, report on performance, and adjust content strategy to continuously improve engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and community engagement.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging, on-brand copy.
- Basic design skills with Canva or similar tools.
- Passion for wellness, travel, and women’s empowerment.
- Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable with a positive attitude.
