- Responsible for Office General Maintenance:
In charge of ensuring all facilities owned by the company are well maintained.

Responsible for office maintenance in working areas to ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the work environment for the employee’s convenience.
- Support in the Office General Needs:
Procurement of office facilities equipment, office stationery, and pantry supply with coordination and advice from the Manager based on office needs and requests from

employees in accordance to the predetermined budget.

In charge of routine payment processes such as electricity, water, telephone, internet network (WIFI), employee BPJS contributions, and several other routine payments.

Support in inventory activities and mail/good delivery.
- Coordinate with office vendors and outsourcing services:
Conduct the coordination with Legal consultant regarding the expatriate working process, office vendor, and outsourcing company in arranging the operational car, cleaning

services, telephone operator, courier, etc.

Handling hotel reservations, airlines, and travel agencies for reservation arrangements.
- Support Secondee:
Support and assist the needs and requests of secondees in arranging apartment rentals, vehicles, claims, etc in a good manner.

Assisting the process of company licensing and legality:
Assisting in the process of all forms of permits required by the company and relating to the processing of work permits for foreign workers.

Make good relationships with external parties such as vendors, suppliers, local governments, etc.
- Support Information Technology process:
Ensure all the IT matters in software, hardware, and networking are running well and are able to solve any troubleshooting of all IT matters.

Ensure procedures related to IT security are carried out according to applicable regulations. Support the implementation of zero trust on electronic devices used by local

employees & expatriates

Responsible for the implementation of maintenance of office facilities such as printer and photocopy machines, CCTV, and other electronic facilities.
- Handling the PD’s Secretarial Matters:
Assist President Director in arranging the travel plan, booking meetings and setting appointments, correspondence, file keeping and providing other personalized support.
- Kaizen of Administration activity:
Ensure all key internal controls procedures are continued in force. Improving procedures to carry out the above activity and sharing the result.
