**Responsibilities**:
**AP Controller**
- Verification of invoices/ bills /supporting documents for Purchase and Employee Reimbursement
- Coordinating for authorization
- Filing of vouchers and documents
- Perform AP Aging analysis and Follow up

**AR Controller**
- Verification of Sales orders/ Supporting document from customers for Sales
- Creating Sales Invoice and Tax Invoice
- Filing of vouchers and documents
- Perform AR Aging analysis and Follow up

**Treasury**
- Summary of Payment on a weekly basis
- Uploading payments for vendors and taxes to the bank portal for approval of the Company for one bank account
- Coordinating for approval of uploaded payments
- Liaising with the bank for payments and any related transactions
- Perform Cash Flow Report and Cash Burn Analysis

**Tax Compliance**
- Co-ordination with Consultant related to monthly, quarterly, annual Tax Compliance (Payment & Reporting)
- Ensure all transactions within the business are comply with Tax regulation and assess the Tax exposure for new business activities

**Statutory Reporting**
- Coordinate with Consultant on Financial Statements Report for 4 entities (India, Indonesia, Singapore) on a monthly basis
- Review the Balance Sheet reconciliation for 4 entities (India, Indonesia, Singapore) on a monthly basis
- Working on Consolidated FS for Internal Analysis Purpose
- Maintenance of fixed asset register
- Annual Reporting and Preparation for Audit/Board Meeting - Coordination with the consultant
- Report to OJK on a quarterly basis
- AdHoc Reporting - As needed by Compliance or Internal Purpose

**PIC for external Audit**
- Responsible to provide data and assess the New Accounting standard which might impact Bookkeeping
- Review the Audit report and communicate with Management before Audit Released

**Qualifications**:

- Having minimum of 1 year of experience as a Finance & Accounting
- Degree in Accounting
- Familiar with Indonesia Tax Regulation
- Having experienced in an Audit Firm or Tax Consultant will be preferable
- Good analytical thinking (qualitative & quantitative) and having a strong numerical analyst
- High motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

The United Nations (UN) and World Bank ID4D initiatives aim to provide everyone on the planet with a legal identity by 2030. This deadline is just 9 years away, we are expecting a digital identity to be a legal human right by then and we at VIDA want to be pioneers in leading this change.
