**We are looking for someone with**:

- Experienced in leading project teams.
- Awareness of full-technology stack
- Experience in cloud migration projects.
- Strong understanding of interconnections between various business priorities
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
- Ability to build stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet assigned deadlines.
- Proactive with a positive “can do" attitude.
- Strong communication skills in English
- Minimum 3 years experience in IT Project Manager role

**On the job you will**:

- Project Team Leadership _
- Led the DPLK project team to ensure project delivery is on track
- Managing people within the team in terms of engagement and performance monitoring
- Project Planning and Execution _
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, set goals, and identify deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely completion.
- Risk Management _
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address challenges that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
- Team Coordination and Stakeholder Engagement _
- Oversee a cross-functional team of internal and external resources throughout the SDLC phases.
- Manage all stakeholders for DPLK Tech projects, utilizing each party’s strengths in project planning and execution.
- Collaborate effectively with all project teams, managing internal stakeholder expectations.
- Hold regular meetings to gather requirements, propose solutions, resolve issues, share updates, and enhance stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate Agile ceremonies and artifacts.
- Assist in incident and problem intake and product releases.
