**Responsibilities**:

- Support onboarding and training sessions for employees by creating comprehensive and user-friendly documentation and guides, and ensuring employees receive guidance and assistance in effectively utilizing IT systems and tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems through remote assistance, phone support, or in-person interaction, including basic software problems, hardware malfunctions, network connectivity issues, password resets, user account management, etc.
- Provide advanced technical support and guidance to end-users regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Oversee the setup and configuration of new workstations, laptops, and mobile devices, ensuring they meet organizational standards and security requirements.
- Oversee the management of hardware and software inventory, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained.
- Coordinate the procurement, deployment, and retirement of IT assets, implementing efficient processes to optimize resource utilization and minimize costs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) Graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
- 2-3 years experience in IT Support fields
- Proven experience in providing IT support and troubleshooting in a professional setting.
- Familiarity with network protocols, configurations, and troubleshooting.
