Job Description Summary:
Ensure the smooth operation of the Ester Plant

Job Description:
- Supervise the performance of DCS Operators and Field Operators on duty- Identify possible problems throughout the production process based on analysis of operational conditions and equipment conditions in the field- Monitor the movement of raw material, product and by-product tank levels to see whether they are as desired- Check the condition of the ester plant and all equipment used including related utilities- Implement all SOPs and instructions related to operations at the ester plant- Report all operational conditions via forms and other available media

Job Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering- Having at least 3 years of working experience as Operator in handling Fatty Ester and/or has experience as shift leader in Fatty Acid- Experience in Oleochemical area will be an advantage- Willing to be located in Medan
