Our role as consultant is to help our clients to achieve their sustainable development objectives, and to effectively manage their related business risks and opportunities.
CORE SKILLS
Technical knowledge- Degree (Master's ais a plus) in related field (business, finance, economics, sustainability, international development, climate change, public policy);- 2-3 years’ work experience in sustainability, climate change, energy or related fields;- Understanding of and interest in global sustainable development and climate change agenda and trends- Strong analytical skills, ability to think strategically, analyze and synthesize diverse information and data- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and confidently, articulate issues and recommend solutions- Strong team player, ability to work collaboratively and effectively with projects teams based around the region- Self-starter, pro-active, willing to take initiative- Strong organization and time management skills, takes accountability for own tasks- Experience working in multi-cultural teams is a plus- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Bahasa Indonesia- Experience of data manipulation and visualization tools in addition to Excel would be an advantage.- Experience of managing small/mid-sized projects or tasks within larger projects would be an advantage.- Ability to manage/deliver multiple projects/tasks in parallel with different requirements and timelines.- Some business development/proposal writing experience would be an advantage.- Highly numerate and comfortable with large datasets including conversions and calculations.- Good written and oral presentation skills.- Good technical writing skills and ability to synthesize reports to a very high standard.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE- Enthusiasm, energy and a desire to work in a dynamic team within an international consultancy.-
- Strong ability to communicate effectively, through good report-writing skills and strong presentational skills.
