**Job Roles and Responsibilities**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Professional to join the dynamic team of Employer. **Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify target markets and customer needs.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to key stakeholders.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay abreast of industry developments.
- Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales and marketing performance.
- Willing to Travel / Permanently get based in Sumatra.

**Skills and Key Requirements**
- Minimum of [5] years of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in Oilfield Equipment Supply.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Employer is a well-known company based in India that specializes in manufacturing and supplying a wide range of products and services primarily related to the oil and gas industry. Employer is having Subsidary office in Indonesia for the marketing of Oil Field Equipment in SOUTHEAST AISA ( SEA ) countries. They are into business for past 60 years, currently having 11 manufacturing units across India, USA and Germany.
**Salary**: Rp15,000,000 - Rp18,000,000 per month
