Get to know the role

The Day-to-Day Activities:

- You will create insight enablement through dashboard creation, automation and research analysis to support decision making process
- You will drive project management, ensuring that project strategy & implementation are successfully translated on ground
- You will be responsible to manage Service Excellence in Yogyakarta, through weekly deepdive to provide recommendations on things to improve
- You will deep dive into sub-cities in Yogyakarta to understand localized insight and consumer pattern, to formulate strategy for growth throughout the region
- You will partner closely with all business stakeholders within GrabFood, operations, transport, marketing and other cross-functions to set and implement strategy

The Must-Haves:

- You have Heart, Hunger, Honour and Humility
- You have Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- You have at least 3 years of experience working in working in Management Consulting / Business Intelligence / Market Research / investment banking / e-commerce / startup
- You have advanced skill in SQL, Python, and Power BI dashboard creation
- You are experienced in business analysis and forecasting analysis
- You are knowledgeable with utilising various metrics to analyse complex cases, as well as experience in data extraction and manipulation
- You showcase advanced written and spoken English

The Nice-to-Haves:

- You have high level of adaptability in working in a high pressure working environment
- You are dependable and reliable with timely follow-up
- You are results and detail-oriented, with strong intuitions on how to solve problems creatively and quickly
