**Responsibilities**:

- Checking the maintenance and cleanliness of real estate areas, infrastructure and corporate assets in the real estate area environment periodically
- Respond to all complaints from tenants or outside parties to be forwarded to the relevant parties.
- Carrying out excellent service to residents and creating a good situation for residents and regional managers.
- Monitoring the work of estate projects in the region and the implementation of regional management operations (cleanliness, garden maintenance, PJU, waste transportation) and other company assets.
- Coordinating with external parties related to electricity and irrigation to support operational activities in residential areas.

**Requirements**:

- Maximum age of 30 years
- Education of at least S1 all majors (preferably the field of Landscape Architecture education, Regional Planning &Urban Planning)
- Have 1 year experience as Operational Staff in real estate area
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Have good work motivation, service-oriented, able to work at a high tempo, and like field work
- Able to use AudoCAD 2D & Google SketchUp 3D
- Mastering Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
