We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented **Partnership Manager **to develop and manage strategic partnerships with businesses that complement our lending services. This role is crucial in expanding our reach and providing valuable financial solutions to a wider audience.

**What you will do**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners
- Identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities that align with our lending goals
- Educate partners on our lending products and programs, ensuring they can effectively promote them to their clients
- Streamline the referral process for partners and their clients
- Proactively address partner inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive and collaborative relationship
- Analyze partnership performance and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to promote our partnership program

**Requirements**:
**What we are looking for**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a related field
- Proven track record of building successful business relationships
- Strong understanding of the lending industry and various loan products (a plus)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (a plus)
