Manage work quotas and deliver assigned work responsibilities based on workflow and scheduleTrain, mentor or supervise the work of entry animator
Passionate about 3D

Minimum 1-2 year(s) of experience in 3D animation

Advance skills in using Blender/Cinema 4D is a must

Good communication and teamwork skills

Receptive to constructive feedback and willing to work through an iterative process

Remain current and up-to-date on applicable animation techniques and software's

Ability to improve and optimize existing 3D assets and textures

Ability to create new high quality 3D assets and textures from concept art

Good understanding of composition, color, shading, lighting, post-processing is a plus

Ability to prioritize and demonstrate flexibility when handling multiple projects

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
