**About the Company**:
Our client is a leading retail company with over 100 outlets across Indonesia and a strong regional presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting site survey to potential cities across Indonesia
- Location Feasibility Study for outlet expansion - Study of the flow of traffic for the area, calculation of Return of Investment and Break even Sales
- Involve in the decision making process on determining the merit of entering certain cities/locations
- Closely monitor competitors’ movement and activities (new site openings, renovations, added-value proposition)
- Responsible for managing and maintaining the existing stores across Indonesia
- Developing a strategic plan to advance the company’s mission and objectives, to implement with board approval, and to promote revenue, profitability and growth of the organisation
- Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions.
- Provides a comprehensive market survey of trade zone and make mapping of new store opens and the area of parking

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree and above in Business Management, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
- At least 5 years experience related to Sales on Site expansion
- Strong network with Retail Malls and Ruko Owners
- Proven success track record in similar roles
- Possess strong communication & negotiation skills
- Able to work in dynamic changing environment
