We are seeking a highly motivated, team player, and customer-centric person to join our cruise liveaboard business as a Reservation based in Bali, Indonesia. You will be responsible for the process of communicating and negotiating our products to customers and partners, as well as trip arrangements from start, during, and after the trip.

**What you will do**:
**Qualifications**:

- Male/Female, max. 35 years old
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia both verbal and written. Other language mastery will be a plus.
- Min. S1 or Bachelor's degree
- A team-player
- Experience in cruise tourism or the diving industry is a plus
- Passionate to delivering an excellent customer experience with a personable personality
- Ability to communicate effectively with a broad customer base
- Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously
- Digitally competent and able to quickly learn
- Has good time management and administrative skill
- Willingness to travel and meet clients outside working hours including overseas exhibition
