**Get to know the Role**

As a Merchant Quality & Safety Associate, you have the opportunity to own and implement projects around the company's key initiatives for our merchant partners from start to finish, by using quantitative and qualitative analyses to drive decisions and make recommendations. You are responsible to build a project management plan & execution, operational business improvement initiatives by conducting frequent assessment on customer complaint related to Merchant quality and safety, and also conduct an extensive research to ensure the relevancy of the initiatives.

**The day-to-day activities**:

- You will lead the structuring and supporting issue identification and strategic solutions.
- You will be the representative of Merchant Safety & Quality Framework of all verticals, especially in and be accountable for Merchant related OKRs and metrics.
- You are responsible for optimizing current operational processes to ensure continuous improvement.
- You will help manage the rollout of ad-hoc projects when required
- You will be involved with establishing new processes for ad-hoc projects and systems changes, ensuring the successful rollout of various initiatives
- You will be required to work closely with various stakeholders' departments to manage enquiries

**The must haves**:

- You have Heart, Humility, Hunger, Honour
- You have a Bachelor's / Master's degree with a strong academic record
- You have at least 1-2 years of experience in Ride Hailing / Marketplace, and project management or corporate strategy role.
- You have prior operations & start-up experience
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, GSuite and are fluent in the usage of VBA, shortcuts, formulas and pivot tables
- You can use data to identify trends and tell a story
- You are organised, insightful and can communicate your observations well, both written and verbally, displaying rigorous financial, analytics and strategic thought
