**Position: Sales Manager Refinancing**

**Employee Status: Permanent Staff.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the refinancing/leaseback segment, leveraging extensive experience in multifinance.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals, drawing on multifinance expertise to guide them in achieving individual and collective goals. Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on multifinance industry trends and best practices.
- Client Relationship Management: Leverage existing multifinance networks and relationships to establish as a preferred partner. Foster strong relationships with key clients, dealerships, and industry stakeholders.
- Market Analysis and Intelligence: Utilize multifinance industry knowledge to conduct in-depth market analysis, identifying opportunities and potential threats. Provide insights to senior management to adapt strategies based on market dynamics.
- Product Knowledge and Innovation: Stay current with multifinance product offerings and industry innovations. Collaborate with product development teams to introduce new refinancing and leaseback products that align with market demands.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Implement robust systems to monitor and report on sales performance, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. Provide regular reports to senior management, offering multifinance-informed insights.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all sales activities adhere to multifinance regulatory requirements. Collaborate with risk management to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in multifinance, with a focus on refinancing and leaseback.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership within a multifinance context.
- Strong network within the multifinance industry.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of multifinance regulations and compliance requirements.
- Preferably have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the same field.
